Job Title: Senior Data Scientist Location: United States (Can be based anywhere) Travel: As needed About the Role We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join a high-performing analytics team working on complex, real-world problems across multiple industries. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy advanced analytics and AI solutions that drive meaningful business impact. You'll work on a variety of projects, ranging from optimizing operations to building machine learning and AI-driven applications, while continuing to grow your technical and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Translate business problems into data-driven solutions Perform exploratory data analysis and identify key insights Build, test, and deploy machine learning and AI models Develop and evaluate models using statistical techniques and experimentation (including A/B testing) Work with modern AI approaches such as large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) when applicable Deploy solutions via APIs or data pipelines and monitor performance over time Collaborate with engineers and product teams to integrate solutions into applications Ensure models are accurate, explainable, and scalable Optimize performance, cost, and efficiency of models and pipelines What You'll Work With Python and SQL for data science and analytics Distributed computing tools like Spark/PySpark Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Tools like Airflow, Databricks, Docker, and Kubernetes Modern AI/ML techniques including deep learning and GenAI (nice to have) Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience, or Master's/PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field Experience applying machine learning to real-world datasets Strong programming skills in Python and SQL Experience with large-scale data processing (e.g., Spark) Familiarity with cloud environments and modern data tools Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Exposure to a wide range of industries and use cases Opportunities to work on cutting-edge AI and data science projects A collaborative, fast-paced, and learning-focused environment Strong mentorship and career growth opportunities Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
