Project Manager, Software Lifecycle Transformation

Objective: To drive multiple workstreams to enhance processes across each stage of Software Lifecycle Management (Plan, Acquire, Optimize, Retire and Governance) Key Responsibilities: Drive and manage multiple workstreams under enterprise-wide initiative. Run analysis to identify gaps and work with stakeholders on implementation of recommendations Hold stakeholders accountable and ensure timely execution Not an executor but someone who can plan and identify all steps for execution and work with different stakeholders to achieve the goal Able to foresee and work on challenges with implementation and identify other solutions Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Tech, Sourcing, Finance, and Communications teams Change Management: Driving adoption of new tools, policies, and processes Communicating change impact and benefits Required Skills Strong project management and consulting experience Proactive, strategic thinker with a BizOps mindset Tools: Excel & PowerPoint (required); SQL & Power BI (preferred) Good to have: Originally posted on Himalayas
