Research and implement cutting-edge ML techniques across supervised/unsupervised learning and RL for healthcare. Contribute to MLOps: model serving, versioning, pipelines, and monitoring. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of hands-on ML model development, deployment, and production maintenance. Bachelor's in statistics, CS, applied math, engineering, or related field. Deep expertise in statistics, probability, causal inference, and experimental design for healthcare. Strong Python software engineering: production-grade practices, version control, testing. Proficiency with AI coding assistants as part of development workflow. Expertise with PyTorch, scikit-learn, XGBoost, or LightGBM.
