Salary: $116000 - 162000 per year Requirements: We require at least ten years of relevant experience and a masters degree, or a bachelors degree plus four additional years of experience in lieu of the masters. We expect intermediate to advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. We need strong communication skills for interacting effectively with employees at all levels and external contacts. We value excellent interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively. We require the ability to maintain a Secret-level security clearance. US citizenship is required for this clearance at our location. The role requires the physical ability to lift 15 to 25 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and periodically twist, bend, and squat. Responsibilities: We lead the development and implementation of advanced data techniques and analytics tools that turn raw information into actionable insights. We apply data mining, data modeling, natural language processing, and machine learning to examine large structured and unstructured datasets. We interpret, visualize, and report findings in a clear and decision-ready format. We may develop dynamic reports to support strategic planning and business decisions. We support and mentor junior staff while partnering with senior team members to strengthen analytical methods and improve project results.
