Senior Data Engineer

Senior Data Engineer Join our team and help build modern, scalable data solutions that power strategic HR decisions. In this role, you will work with cloud technologies, robust data pipelines, and sensitive datasets to deliver high-quality analytics for a global organization.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in data engineering Hands-on knowledge of DBT, Snowflake, Fivetran, and SQL or similar solutions Understanding of data privacy and governance Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment. Experience with Git and Terraform. HR/People Analytics experience is a plus

Daily tasks: - Build and maintain data pipelines and models supporting our analytics.
– Work with Snowflake, DBT, and Fivetran to integrate and transform data from multiple systems.
– Ensure data quality through validation frameworks and testing.
– Support data governance and secure handling of sensitive information.
– Collaborate with international teams to deliver reliable, analytics-ready datasets.
– Automate infrastructure with Terraform and manage code in Git.
– Create PowerBI dashboards based on curated data.
