Design and develop data pipelines to ingest, transform, and synchronize data into Algolia indices. Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT processes supporting search and content discovery use cases. Optimize indexing performance, data quality, and search relevance. Collaborate with application, product, and business teams to define search data requirements. Implement monitoring, governance, and validation processes for indexed data. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data synchronization and search performance.
