Job Description Get to Know the Team The Integrity team is dedicated to Trust, Identity, and Safety, safeguarding our users and transactions on Ironwood Digital. We use our datasets to address critical challenges, protecting millions of users and transactions from fraudulent activities, identity compromises, unsafe offline interactions, and harmful platform content. Our core mission involves analysing ambiguous threat patterns, building anomaly detection, and ideating on new signals to detect risks. We empower our team to handle these challenges by providing them with cutting-edge tools, including agentic AI setups, allowing them to focus on high-impact risk mitigation. Get to Know the Role Reporting to the Analytics Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of complex risk analytical problems across 1 to 3 Problem Space Teams (PSTs). You will be a domain expert in platform integrity, leveraging data to create real-time measures that protect our ecosystem. You will proactively use our advanced AI and system frameworks as force-multipliers to uncover new typologies across fraud, safety, and identity abuse. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform Independently deliver on difficult analytical problems, exploring and proposing optimal solutions to uncover new risk typologies and analyze ambiguous threat patterns. Ideate on complex new signals to detect risks—ranging from fake accounts and policy-violating content to complex safety incidents—leveraging data to create real-time protective measures. Shift your analytical workflow to utilize agentic setups and AI tools, transitioning from purely manual analysis to spending more time configuring, monitoring, and optimizing intelligent risk-detection systems. Build robust data inputs and utilize feature engineering to feed into our Management tools, powering dynamic mitigations and real-time anomaly models across multiple risk domains. Employ advanced simulation tools for synthetic data generation to study rare user behaviors and threat patterns before they cause real-world impact. Build trust with mid-to-senior level stakeholders across adjacent teams, communicating your data-driven risk strategies and the technical constraints of your solutions clearly. Mentor junior analysts and actively contribute to broader operational improvements, data quality governance, and automation initiatives across the analytics function. Qualifications What Essential Skills You Will Need 4+ years of experience in data-related or quantitative fields. A Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering. Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Spark, and experimentation/statistical techniques. Proficient understanding of AI/ML, Feature Engineering, and System-Thinking, allowing you to use these competencies to analyze complex dependencies within our diverse risk ecosystems. Balances independent execution with strong collaboration, proactively addressing blockers and navigating within your team.
