Lead Product Manager, Northwind Robotics Support

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our Product team in Vietnam to help shape this next phase of transformation across internal platforms and operational experiences. Get to Know the Role As a Lead Product Manager, you will lead highly ambiguous and strategic product initiatives focused on AI-driven workflows, operational tooling, and platform experiences. You will work closely with engineering, operations, design, data science, and platform teams to define scalable solutions that improve efficiency, decision-making, and user experience across the organization. This role requires a strong builder mindset, deep systems thinking, high execution velocity, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while driving alignment across multiple stakeholders. You will report to the Senior Product Leader and will be based onsite at the Northwind Robotics Vietnam HCM Office. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and improve intelligent workflows, automation capabilities, and operational tooling across multiple business areas Operate effectively in highly ambiguous problem spaces, rapidly iterating on product direction, operational models, and workflow design based on evolving business and platform needs Use customer data, operational signals, and business metrics to identify root causes, separate signal from noise, and drive systemic improvements rather than symptom-level fixes Lead large cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, operations, policy, analytics, design, and leadership stakeholders across multiple regions Prototype, validate, and iterate quickly on new ideas and workflows, with a strong bias toward execution and experimentation Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, automation, platform tooling, and customer experience, and apply these learnings pragmatically to evolve internal capabilities Clearly communicate product strategy, trade-offs, execution risks, and business impact to senior leadership and stakeholders, grounding discussions in data and customer outcomes Qualifications What Essential Skills You Will Need At least 8 years of product experience, with mandatory hands-on experience shipping GenAI products across any domain. Strong product intuition backed by data, with the ability to identify high-leverage problems and make sound trade-offs in ambiguous environments. Proven experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives from problem discovery through delivery at scale. Ability to translate abstract strategy into clear product direction, roadmaps, and execution plans that teams can align around. Senior-level judgment and leadership, with a track record of influencing stakeholders, mentoring PMs, and shaping product culture.
