Senior Business Analyst, AI Studio

Salary: $68,000 - 108,000 per year Requirements: 5+ years of business analysis experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or digital transformation. Strong skills in requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management. Experience working with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams. Excellent workshop facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills. Familiarity with AI, generative AI, large language models, AI assistants, or AI-enabled business solutions. Ability to turn complex business requirements into structured functional specifications and solution definitions. Preferred: Experience with ERP platforms such as Infor, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or Epicor. Preferred: Knowledge of CloudSuite Distribution (SX.e), supply chain, distribution, or enterprise operations processes. Preferred: Exposure to intelligent automation, workflow orchestration, or AI implementation projects. Preferred: Familiarity with AWS cloud services. Preferred: Experience with AI development tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot. Preferred: Experience in agile product development environments. Responsibilities: Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Architecture teams to define, document, and prioritize business requirements and AI Studio roadmap initiatives. Convert complex ERP requirements into structured specifications for agentic AI workflows and orchestration frameworks. Analyze CloudSuite Distribution (SX.e) and Infor OS processes to find opportunities for AI-driven automation, recommendations, and faster implementation. Work with Forward Deployed Engineers, Solution Architects, and domain experts to validate generated solutions against customer workflows. Lead discovery workshops and cross-functional alignment sessions across Infor OS product teams. Establish acceptance criteria, validation frameworks, and test strategies to ensure generated configurations are accurate, compliant, explainable, and audit-ready. Maintain process documentation, process maps, traceability matrices, solution playbooks, and governance artifacts for AI Studio initiatives. Represent customer needs and inform product direction by identifying gaps between generated solutions and real business requirements. Define and track success metrics, including adoption, implementation speed, configuration effort reduction, and solution accuracy. Mentor junior analysts and promote requirements management best practices across AI Studio.
