Salary: $68,000 - 108,000 per year Requirements: Experience leading technology delivery for enterprise finance, CRM, billing, or related business platforms Experience managing managers, engineering teams, major platforms, and cross-functional transformation initiatives at director level Ability to define and govern Salesforce architecture, platform delivery, integrations, lifecycle management, and large-scale change Ability to lead platform migrations or replacements, including roadmap development, dependency management, risk controls, stakeholder alignment, and business adoption Ability to translate business priorities into measurable technology outcomes, operating metrics, investment decisions, and delivery plans Working knowledge of AI-first engineering, intelligent automation, agentic workflows, production controls, and adoption measurement Ability to manage executive decisions, financial planning, delivery governance, vendor accountability, and organizational change Familiarity with Finance and Revenue Operations processes such as quote-to-cash, revenue recognition, billing, reconciliation, CRM, sales operations, or marketing technology Familiarity with Salesforce Revenue Billing, Zuora, or comparable enterprise billing platforms Experience consolidating platforms, governance models, delivery practices, or engineering teams after organizational or technology change Experience with enterprise data platforms, Snowflake, semantic layers, analytics, or governed AI solutions Familiarity with the AI Development Life Cycle and delivery within Forward Deployed Engineering pods Experience establishing business reviews with shared objectives and key results, designated counterparts, progress reporting, and joint accountability Responsibilities: Own the technology roadmap, investment priorities, and delivery outcomes across Finance and Revenue Operations Engineering Partner with Finance, Sales, and Marketing leaders to turn business priorities into sequenced platform, process, and automation initiatives Lead the transition from Softrax to Salesforce Revenue Billing and related capabilities, overseeing the roadmap, dependencies, risks, business readiness, and value realization Establish portfolio-wide governance, decision rights, operating rhythms, objectives and key results, and performance measures Use AI-first engineering, intelligent automation, and agentic workflows to improve delivery speed, quality, controls, and operational efficiency Coordinate platform architecture, integrations, security, data, compliance, release readiness, vendor performance, and operational reliability Develop engineering and platform leaders, clarify accountability, enable cross-functional decisions, and guide organizational and operating-model change Technologies: AI CRM Marketing Salesforce Security Snowflake More: We are partnering with hackajob to connect exceptional professionals with this opportunity at Infor.
