Your Data Career at a Glance Employment Type: Full-time Shift: Day Shift, Weekends Off Salary: Earn up to PHP200,000 (based on skills, expertise, and experience) Work Setup: Hybrid, Ortigas The Qualifications We Seek Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence (BI), or data management, with hands-on expertise in Google BigQuery, Looker Studio, and ETL processes Proven ability to develop, manage, and troubleshoot ETL pipelines for marketing data integration, transformation, and reporting Advanced skills in Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) for creating interactive dashboards, connecting data sources, and automating reports Strong SQL proficiency and practical experience with Google BigQuery, including complex queries, data manipulation, and performance optimization Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , relational databases, data modeling, and cloud-based data workflows Experience analyzing large-scale digital marketing data from Google Ads, Meta, CM360, DV360, SA360, and GA4 Solid understanding of marketing attribution, conversion tracking, cross-channel analytics, and data governance standards Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve data inconsistencies, ensure reporting accuracy, and deliver actionable insights Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical findings and reporting recommendations Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple reporting requirements within deadlines Your Daily Tasks Develop and maintain interactive Looker Studio dashboards that provide actionable insights into marketing, media, and digital performance. Extract, transform, analyze, and validate data using Google BigQuery and SQL to support accurate and efficient reporting. Convert business requirements into scalable reporting solutions through appropriate data selection, modeling, and validation. Optimize SQL queries, data structures, and reporting workflows to improve performance, reliability, and scalability. Monitor data quality, investigate discrepancies, and resolve reporting issues to maintain accuracy and integrity. Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and deliver data-driven recommendations to support business decisions. Customize dashboards and reports to meet the information needs of different teams and stakeholders. Present reporting methodologies, analytical findings, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Coordinate multiple reporting initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, consistent quality, and alignment with business priorities.
