Senior Android Developer (Remote) 📍 Work mode: 100% remote from Poland 💸 Salary: up to 180 PLN/h on B2B contract ⌛ Project duration: long-term About the client: We are looking for an experienced Senior Android Developer to join a long-term, fully remote project focused on building and scaling high-impact mobile applications used by millions of users across Europe. You will contribute to the development of a highly recognizable mobile platform, playing a key role in enhancing application performance, scalability, and user experience, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop high-quality, testable, and maintainable Android applications. Actively participate in technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions. Ensure code quality through regular code reviews and adherence to best practices and standards. Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver new features. Refactor and improve existing code to enhance performance and maintainability. Create and maintain technical documentation (architecture, processes, and implementation details). Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and product quality. Requirements: Strong experience in Android development using Kotlin and Java. Hands-on experience with modern mobile architectures such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles. Ability to work both independently and within a cross-functional agile team. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and version control systems (e.g., Git). Good understanding of UI/UX principles, including Material Design. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details Nice to Have: Experience working on scalable applications with large user bases.
