Senior Analytics Engineer

📋 Description Model data from many sources on our central platform and deliver trusted datasets. Own scalable DBT models that serve as the source of truth for key metrics. Design data models and grains; document business logic for consumers. Drive CI/CD for data pipelines and orchestration (Airflow, Dagster, Prefect). Collaborate with Analytics, Data Infrastructure, Engineering, and Product teams to turn requirements into solutions. Mentor junior analytics engineers via code reviews and pairing. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in analytics or data engineering; 3+ years in analytics engineering and production DBT. Expert SQL and DBT with advanced modeling, incremental processing, multi-env deployment. Deep experience with cloud data warehouses (Athena, Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift); tuning/incremental. Strong dimensional modeling, metric design; document grains and logic for consumers. Familiarity with semantic layers or metrics tooling (LookML, MetricFlow, dbt Semantic Layer).
