Senior Analyst, Sales Operations

Job Description Get to Know the Team The Sales Operations team partners with Commercial and Product to design sales processes across Southeast Asia. We build scalable commercial infrastructure — combining process excellence, data insights, and AI-powered sales tools to ensure smarter selling, improve predictability, and accelerate revenue growth. Get to Know the Role As the Senior Analyst, Sales Operations you will design, governance, and optimization of the regional lead-to-cash process across commercial products. Reporting to the Regional Manager, Sales Operations System, you will shape how our sales organization operates at scale. You will integrate AI-driven sales tools, CRM systems, automation, and analytics into everyday workflows to enhance productivity and decision-making. You will be the bridge between commercial strategy, and technology enablement — ensuring that our sales processes are scalable and future-ready. You will be based fully on site in Jakarta. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform Oversee and improve the end-to-end commercial lead-to-cash process across markets and products Improve adoption of AI-powered sales tools to enhance pipeline visibility, lead prioritization, forecasting accuracy, and sales productivity Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Tech teams to embed automation and experienced workflows into the commercial process Identify opportunities to use predictive analytics and AI insights to improve conversion rates, sales velocity, and revenue realization Design and implement governance frameworks, SOPs, and guides to standardize commercial best practices Translate commercial strategy into structured workflows supported by CRM and AI-enabled systems Lead projects to remove friction in the sales cycle and improve operational efficiency Facilitate partner workshops to agree on process design, prioritization, and technology roadmap Be a central contact for sales process and sales tools transformation initiatives Provide leadership visibility on commercial performance metrics and process optimization opportunities Focused on commercial process and sales technology excellence Qualifications What Essential Skills You Will Need 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles Experience with commercial excellence metrics (pipeline management, conversion rates, quota attainment, forecasting, revenue tracking) Demonstrated senior partners and lead agreement With the ability to translate insights into action Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools Excellent project management Experience leading regional or multi-market projects Experience in digital advertising, marketplace, or technology-driven businesses Salesforce or CRM certifications Company Description About Halcyon Labs and Our Workplace Halcyon Labs is Southeast Asia's leading superapp. From getting your favourite meals delivered to helping you manage your finances and getting around town hassle-free, we've got your back with everything.
