Senior Analyst

📋 Description Collect, organize, and deliver large datasets from multiple sources. Provide analytics expertise across design, validation, monitoring, and reporting. Review and test data to ensure quality, accuracy, and reliability. Drive improvements in data collection and delivery using innovative approaches. Analyze and troubleshoot data issues, assess criticality, escalate for resolution. Use Power BI to identify platform issues and collaborate on data QA. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in data science, IS, CS, math, stats, econ or related field; Master's preferred. 6+ years in data visualization, analysis, investigations, statistics, or data manipulation. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar. Translate complex data into clear business insights. Results-driven, able to work independently and manage priorities. Operate with urgency and meet critical deadlines. Excellent organizational, decision-making, and analytical skills. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication. Ownership mindset; proactive, collaborative, and results-focused. Continuous learner; expand competencies through courses and programs. Fluent in English and languages relevant to the working market.
