Senior AI Researcher

📋 Description Research and develop AI solutions for image/video understanding, generation, transformation, and optimization. Explore Generative AI and multimodal models; identify practical Solstice Analytics applications. Train, fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize large-scale AI models and pipelines. Design scalable approaches for serving AI models in production at scale. Prototype ideas quickly and collaborate with engineers to productionize research. Stay current with AI advances and foundation models. 🎯 Requirements MSc or PhD in CS, EE, Math, Physics, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of software development and/or applied AI research. Hands-on experience with modern AI and Generative AI technologies. Experience training, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying AI models. Strong Python programming skills. Experience with PyTorch, Diffusers, Transformers, or similar. 🎁 Benefits Background in computer vision, image processing, or video tech.
