SAP SD/LE Consultant

GECO Philippines is Hiring: SAP SD/LE Consultant 📍 Location: Alabang (Hybrid Setup) GECO Philippines is looking for an experienced SAP SD/LE Consultant to provide L2/L3 application support, business process analysis, and enhancement delivery for SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Logistics Execution (LE) environments. What You'll Do Provide L2/L3 support for SAP SD and LE applications, including incident resolution and root cause analysis. Monitor and manage application issues, coordinate with local support teams, and provide timely resolution to end users. Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions and system enhancements. Conduct workshops and discussions with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements. Configure and customize SAP SD functionalities based on business needs. Perform testing, documentation, and support deployment of enhancements and fixes. Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and propose workable solutions. Collaborate with technical teams and participate in troubleshooting activities, including ABAP debugging when necessary. Serve as a key liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure effective issue management and solution delivery. What We're Looking For At least 5 years of SAP SD experience , with exposure to Logistics Execution (LE) . Experience supporting SAP ECC environments. Strong understanding of SAP SD business processes and integrations. Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, configuration, testing, and user support. Familiarity with ABAP debugging and ability to work effectively with technical teams. Knowledge of common SAP transaction codes and troubleshooting methodologies. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days work-from-home). Nice to Have SAP MM knowledge or cross-functional experience. SAP AFS experience. SAP Retail industry background. Experience handling regional or global support environments.
