Location: Taguig – Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3 Work Setup: Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite/week Shift: 2:00 PM–12:00 MN Work Hours: 45 hours/week Experience: Senior-level SAP HCM PT experience Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Personnel Time Management (PT) Consultant to support an SAP ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion program. Responsibilities Assess existing SAP HCM/PT processes and identify conversion impacts. Support preparation, conversion, testing, and stabilization activities. Analyze SAP S/4HANA simplification impacts. Support remediation of custom developments, interfaces, reports, and enhancements. Validate business process continuity during the transition. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Basis, Security, Data Migration, and Testing teams. Support defect resolution, testing, and go-live activities. Provide expertise and recommendations for SAP HCM PT processes. Requirements Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM Personnel Time Management (PT) . Experience supporting SAP HCM transformation or S/4HANA conversion projects. Knowledge of ECC-to-S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion is highly relevant. Experience working with HR and Payroll stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Bachelor's degree required.
