SAP Finance Consultant – Senior Associate / Manager

About the role The SAP Finance Consultant is responsible for helping clients improve their finance processes by analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective SAP Finance solutions. The role involves supporting or leading SAP Finance implementations, process improvements, testing, and client engagements, with the Manager level also responsible for leading teams and project delivery. SAP Finance Consultant ( Senior Associate/Manager) 📍 Location: Six/NEO Building, BGC, Taguig City 🏢 Setup: Hybrid – 2–3 times onsite per week 🕐 Schedule: Mid-shift SAP Finance Senior Associate Responsibilities: - Analyzing client requirements to implement SAP finance solutions effectively - Providing training and support for seamless integration of SAP finance applications - Optimizing financial processes to enhance financial reporting and achieve strategic objectives - Utilizing SAP FI and SAP FICO to manage financial transactions and reporting - Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to inform insights and recommendations - Developing and maintaining financial management software for improved financial operations - Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for business process improvement - Upholding professional and technical standards in financial reporting and compliance - Interpreting data to support financial forecasting and budgeting activities - Building meaningful client connections to understand and anticipate their needs What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4 to 8 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required SAP Finance Manager Responsibilities: - Analyzing client requirements to implement SAP finance solutions that optimize financial processes - Leading teams in the strategic planning and execution of SAP finance projects - Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP finance applications - Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations - Developing and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance - Utilizing SAP Accounts Payable (AP), SAP Central Finance, and SAP FICO to improve financial reporting - Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide insights for business process improvement - Collaborating with leadership to maintain quality and timelines in deliverables - Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with clients and stakeholders - Upholding professional and technical standards, including compliance with regulatory requirements What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 7 to 11 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required We’ll determine the appropriate level based on your total years of experience and the extent of your people management experience. Since this is a Finance Consultant role, consultancy experience is also required, particularly experience working directly with clients and handling finance-related consulting projects.
