As a Custom Software Engineering Consultant, a typical day involves guiding the technical vision and architectural framework for custom software projects. This role includes overseeing the design and implementation phases, ensuring that development practices meet high standards for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various teams is a key part of the day, as well as making strategic decisions that align with business goals and support successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME and can work collaboratively with teammates and other teams and with the client IT and business contacts. - Engage with multiple SAP and non-SAP teams and contribute to key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Effective communication and coordination among team members to ensure project milestones are met. - Adhere to Accenture’s continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and product quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP EWM. - Required experience in S/4 implementation (brownfield or greenfield) for SAP EWM. - Additional Good to Have Skills: Experience with SAP Inventory Management and Warehouse Management System (WMS). - Required minimum experience of 2 end-to-end implementation cycles. - In-depth knowledge of EWM processes and integration with enterprise resource planning systems. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and deliver effective solutions. - Experience in designing scalable software architecture, configuring, and customization that support evolving business requirements. - Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools to support decision-making and operational efficiency. Additional Information: - Good-to-have skill in Handling Unit (HU) management. - This position is based at our Manila office. No. of hours per week: 45 Shift Schedule: 7AM to 5PM Work setup: Hybrid | 2x a week
