ServiceNow Technical/Functional Architect (ITSM)

About the role We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical/Functional Architect to design comprehensive ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and business strategy. You will lead solution design, technical governance, integration planning, and implementation activities from initial discovery through deployment. The role requires strong ServiceNow expertise and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Key responsibilities • Design comprehensive ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture requirements • Conduct requirements analysis and translate business needs into technical solutions • Create solution architectures, data models, and integration strategies • Lead implementation projects from planning and design through deployment • Establish technical standards, governance frameworks, and development best practices • Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical direction to development teams • Manage complex integrations and system-migration initiatives • Develop platform roadmaps and optimize ServiceNow utilization • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and teams across IT, infrastructure, and business functions • Evaluate ServiceNow modules, products, platform capabilities, and emerging technologies About you • At least 7 years of ServiceNow experience • At least 3 years of experience in an architect, technical lead, or solution lead capacity • Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITAM, HR, Finance, or related products • Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, integration patterns, and data architecture • Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, and platform capabilities • Experience designing and leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations or transformation programs • Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and presentation skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Certified Application Developer certification • Experience with carve-outs, migrations, and multi-instance ServiceNow strategies • Knowledge of IT governance, ITIL frameworks, and enterprise architecture • Leadership and team-management experience • Familiarity with cloud architecture and integration patterns Apply now to lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
