SAP Basis & Cloud Service Delivery Lead

Salary: $83,200 - 104,000 per year Requirements: Bachelors degree from an accredited institution. 2–4+ years of hands-on SAP Basis Administration experience. Practical experience migrating SAP systems from on-premises infrastructure to hyperscaler cloud platforms. Solid understanding of technical managed services and IT service management (ITSM) processes. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with proven stakeholder management capabilities. Preferred: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform certification. Preferred: Experience at Career Level 10/11 or in an equivalent IT consulting role. Preferred: Ability to work independently in a fully remote team structure. Responsibilities: Lead daily technical managed services and SAP Basis administration across enterprise client environments. Drive cloud migration initiatives, moving SAP systems from on-premises infrastructure to hyperscaler platforms. Manage ITSM processes, operational reporting, and service level agreements to support high system availability. Communicate operational status, risks, and technical solutions to internal and external stakeholders. Partner with technical engineering teams to improve service delivery and operational frameworks.
