About the Role: Northwind Robotics Customer Experience business is looking for a talented salesforce developer working in Seoul, Korea. As a Salesforce Developer at Northwind Robotics, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customized Salesforce solutions that align with business needs. You will collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge Salesforce projects, leverage innovative technologies, and contribute to the growth of a rapidly evolving organization. What You'll Do: Custom Development: Design and develop scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce tools. Integration: Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware tools. Data Modeling: Create efficient data architectures with custom objects, fields, relationships, validation rules, and automation workflows. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve technical issues within the Salesforce platform while ensuring optimal system performance. Collaborating with Stakeholders: Work closely with project teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver features aligned with organizational goals. Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing to ensure the functionality and reliability of Salesforce solutions. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed features and integrations. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Salesforce advancements and implement best practices to enhance system efficiency. Basic Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience in Salesforce projects. Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and API interface Strong understanding of Salesforce’s declarative features such as workflows, process builders, flows, and approval processes. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Knowledge of data migration techniques and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem. Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze complex requirements and provide innovative solutions.
