Salesforce CRM & TargetX Specialist

Salary: $72,000 - 112,000 per year Requirements: At least 3 years of experience working with Salesforce CRM, including reports, dashboards, objects, fields, and data. At least 3 years of experience with TargetX and TargetX Communication Planner. At least 3 years of experience creating, managing, renewing, and troubleshooting automated email or drip campaigns. At least 3 years of experience diagnosing CRM and campaign issues involving data, audiences, configuration, scheduling, and delivery. Experience supporting Salesforce and TargetX in higher education is preferred. Experience in admissions, recruitment, enrollment management, student services, advancement, or similar operations is preferred. Experience with Salesforce Flow and other Salesforce automation tools is preferred. Experience with TargetX forms, events, portals, or other TargetX functionality is preferred. Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email communications is preferred. Experience with Salesforce data imports and exports, Data Loader or similar tools, and CRM integrations or third-party applications is preferred. Experience creating documentation, training end users, or supporting CRM migration and change management is preferred. Responsibilities: Create, manage, renew, and troubleshoot automated email and drip campaigns using TargetX Communication Planner. Support Salesforce CRM reports, dashboards, objects, fields, and data. Investigate and resolve CRM and campaign issues related to data, audiences, configuration, scheduling, and delivery. Support Salesforce and TargetX functionality for CRM and campaign operations. As experience and role needs require, assist with CRM automation, data management, integrations, documentation, end-user training, and change management.
