Role Summary Provide end-user IT support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune , and Microsoft Entra ID environments. Support device deployment, user onboarding, and migration activities for the Entra ID and Intune implementation project. Key Responsibilities Provide desktop, laptop, mobile device, and application support within SLA. Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, authentication, MFA, and access-related issues. Deploy and manage Windows devices, software, and patches. Support device enrolment and policy deployment through Microsoft Intune. Assist with user onboarding, offboarding, and account administration in Entra ID. Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle records. Support endpoint migration, testing, and post-migration user support activities. Requirements Diploma/Degree in IT or related discipline. 2-3 years of Desktop Support or End User Computing experience.
