Pioneer 830am - 545pm (Mon - Thurs), 830am - 515pm (Fri) 3 month Executive / Snr Executive (User System Support)- extendable/ convertible Job Description User Support andManagement: Serve as a point of contact for users on research system functionalities and issues. Monitor the service portal for reported queries, troubleshoot functional issues, provide guidance to users, and coordinate with the IT department and vendors on technical resolutions. For more experienced candidates, the role may involve managing more complex user issues, coordinating interim solutions, and supporting the implementation of longer-term fixes. Training and Documentation: Maintain user guides, system documentation, resource pages and training materials to ensure they remain updated with system changes. Assist in the preparation and coordination of training sessions, briefings and system-related events. More experienced candidates may be expected to review documentation gaps, improve training resources, and support user engagement initiatives. System Support, Maintenance and Management: Support system testing for fixes, enhancements and approved change requests prior to implementation. Participate in research system meetings, document key discussions, and follow up on action items with relevant departments. Assist in scheduled functionality checks, routine system maintenance, and system- or process-related audit activities. Depending on the appointed grade, the candidate may also be required to coordinate testing activities, identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and work with stakeholders to develop effective solutions. Grant Management and Research-Related Activities: Support and participate in grant management and research-related office activities to gain a good understanding of research administration workflows. This will strengthen the candidate’s ability to provide effective functional support for research systems. More experienced candidates may be involved in reviewing operational processes, coordinating cross-functional matters, and supporting initiatives that enhance the research administration experience for the research community.
