RMS Digital Thread Software Engineer

Salary: $100000 - 199000 per year Requirements: We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a comparable STEM field, plus 5+ years of professional experience. We need experience with GitLab CI/CD. We need strong Python scripting skills. We need hands-on experience with REST APIs. We need experience working with containers. We need experience working in AWS. We expect practical knowledge of software engineering fundamentals, including Git version control, code reviews, static analysis, and rapid troubleshooting of build or test failures. We are looking for someone who learns quickly and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams. We need a self-motivated, resourceful problem solver. Preferred experience includes software system integration. Preferred experience includes eQube or similar middleware solutions. Preferred experience includes Cameo. Preferred experience includes Genesis Agents. Responsibilities: We perform software and some systems tasks for the Digital Thread product team. We coordinate and collaborate with external teams to define use cases. We integrate new and existing products using REST APIs and middleware such as eQube. We help teams implement changes effectively. We ensure deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint. We work in an Agile development rhythm with two-week sprints.
