RF SIGINT Analyst

Salary: $143000 - 157000 per year Requirements: We require U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph. A bachelors degree is required; we may consider four additional years of relevant experience in place of the degree. A background in math, physics, or engineering is preferred. We need significant recent experience, ideally within the last two years, in link budget analysis and collection strategy development. We expect demonstrated knowledge of advanced conventional weapons systems. We require strong hands-on experience with link budget analysis tools such as MATLAB, Integrasys, Pasternack, Qorvo, RFCLB, Cadence, or comparable software. We need someone who can work effectively in a small team and bring excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You must be able to explain highly technical analysis clearly to both nontechnical audiences and senior government stakeholders. Preferred qualifications include published or authored collection strategy reports, an advanced technical degree, experience in DoD/IC signals analysis, SAP program experience, and prior on-site work with government customers. Responsibilities: We perform signals analysis and prepare reports based on our findings. We evaluate and document the strengths and limitations of collection platforms and sensors. We research, design, and implement collection strategies. We collect, analyze, and interpret electronic signals to produce intelligence reporting that supports future strategic planning. We write concepts of operations and provide operational support for projects. We develop new procedures and methods to create innovative collection plans and strategies. We conduct link budget analysis to guide collection strategy decisions. We use mathematical and physics-based modeling to improve collection approaches. This is an on-site cleared role requiring an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph and U.S. citizenship.
