Reports Analyst – Salesforce & Power BI Location: Cebu City Work Arrangement: Onsite – Night Shift We are looking for a Reports Analyst with strong technical expertise in Salesforce, Power BI, SQL, and backend reporting. This role will be responsible for translating business reporting requirements into reliable, scalable, and high-quality BI solutions while supporting CRM data and reporting optimization. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, data models, and BI integrations. Support the setup and maintenance of BI tools, infrastructure, and integrations with company data sources. Collaborate with BI Developers/Analysts and Report Analysts to improve data schemas, data flows, and reporting performance. Gather, document, and maintain business and technical reporting requirements. Analyze existing reports and implement standardized, efficient reporting solutions across the organization. Perform backend data analysis, query optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate, reliable, and high-quality reporting. Maintain technical documentation, data flows, and reporting specifications. Technical Qualifications 4–5 years of experience working with Business Intelligence tools, particularly the Microsoft BI stack (Power BI, SSIS, SSMS). Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce CRM and reporting. Strong experience with Power BI reporting, data modeling, and visualization. Solid experience with MS SQL Server, relational databases, and flat-file data storage. Advanced T-SQL skills, including CTEs, MERGE, query optimization, and complex data transformations. Strong understanding of database operations, data architecture, and performance optimization. At least 4 years of experience in C# programming or .NET development. Experience with Power Automate Desktop is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Willing to work onsite in Cebu City . Amenable in working on a night shift.
