Education Technology Product Advisor

About the role You'll act as a product expert, helping sales teams and customers understand education technology solutions through product demonstrations, training, presentations, and consultative support. You'll work closely with sales, marketing, product, and partner teams to identify opportunities, support deals, and drive adoption of education technology solutions. Key responsibilities Support sales teams in identifying and developing opportunities with schools and higher education institutions Conduct product demos, presentations, webinars, and training sessions Train sales teams on product updates, market trends, and key use cases Work with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions Support sales teams throughout the sales cycle, including pipeline and deal execution Work with channel partners to develop opportunities and close deals Address customer questions and coordinate with internal teams for technical or strategic support Gather customer feedback and share insights with product and business teams Participate in education events and outreach activities About you Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience At least 3 years of experience in EdTech, education technology training, or technology sales Strong presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and project management skills Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines Passion for education, technology, and cloud-based solutions Experience working with K12 or Higher Education institutions is preferred Experience training or coaching sales teams is an advantage Experience in software sales, account management, or consultative selling is a plus
