Remote - Senior Manager - DevOps/Platform Engineering

Lead and optimize end-to-end software delivery and DevOps engineering practices across the organization by driving automation, infrastructure-as-code, and engineering excellence to improve deployment speed, system reliability, code quality, and security across multi-cloud environments in China business operations. Engineering Delivery Leadership Lead end-to-end software delivery processes, ensuring high performance in speed, quality, and reliability of deployment cycles. DevOps & CI/CD Strategy Execution Design and implement continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated deployment pipelines across engineering teams. Infrastructure-as-Code & Cloud Management Manage infrastructure-as-code solutions and multi-cloud environments, ensuring scalability, stability, and operational efficiency. Technical Coaching & Team Development Mentor and coach engineering teams to strengthen coding practices, DevOps maturity, and problem-solving capability. Code Quality, Security & Standards Governance Define and enforce engineering standards, secure coding practices, and automated quality controls. System Optimization & Bottleneck Removal Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks in development, deployment, and system performance. Automation & Engineering Productivity Improvement Drive automation initiatives to improve development efficiency, reduce manual effort, and optimize workflows. Cross-Functional DevOps Collaboration Collaborate with product, engineering, and infrastructure teams to deliver integrated and consistent platform solutions.
