📋 Description Administer and configure Greenhouse, ModernLoop, and adjacent recruiting tools, including job Manage user access, roles, and permission groups across the TA stack, ensuring the right people Build and maintain recruiting workflows and automations that reduce manual steps for recruiters and Own data hygiene in the ATS, including deduplication, field standardization, and routine audits to Support integrations between recruiting tools and downstream systems, and partner with the Systems Serve as tier-one support for recruiter and coordinator system questions, triaging issues and 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of experience administering recruiting or HR systems, with hands-on Greenhouse or Strong working knowledge of interview scheduling tools such as ModernLoop and their configuration. Demonstrated experience managing user access, permissions, and workflow configuration in SaaS A track record of improving data hygiene and building reporting-ready processes. Experience supporting integrations between systems and coordinating with vendors on troubleshooting.
