QA Lead – Functional QA & Release Quality Management

Role Overview Lead-level role owning QA execution and release quality for ongoing releases, providing data-driven quality status, metrics, and release readiness recommendations. Key Responsibilities: Own QA execution and quality for ongoing releases Design complex test strategies and failure scenarios Analyze complex issues across Linux, AWS, and container platforms Drive sanity, regression, and end-to-end testing across teams Lead database testing for consistency and edge cases Define and report QA metrics for release readiness Guide and mentor QA team members Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Release teams Communicate release readiness, risks, and go/no-go recommendations Required Qualifications: 6–8 years of Functional QA experience Proven QA Lead or release ownership experience Strong understanding of QA metrics and reporting Hands-on experience across web, mobile, API, DB, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills Experience using AI-based productivity tools #LI-Onsite #LI-LS1
