QA Engineer - Performance Tester

Role Overview: Specialized QA role focused on performance, scalability, and reliability testing of web applications, APIs, and distributed systems. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute load, stress, endurance, and capacity tests Build reusable scripts using k6, JMeter, Gatling, or Locust Analyze performance metrics and identify system bottlenecks Execute tests in Linux, Docker, and AWS environments Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines Collaborate with Engineering and DevOps on performance optimization Required Skills & Experience: 4–6 years of performance testing experience Strong expertise with at least one performance tool (k6 preferred) Scripting in JavaScript, Java, or Python Strong Linux, Docker, CI/CD, and AWS exposure Excellent analytical and communication skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent experience #LI-Onsite #LI-LS1
