QA Engineer Automation

QA Engineer automation Team main objective is to create added value for Client customers through digital innovations and simplified customer-oriented service offerings and at the same time to improve efficiency of operation processes and increase sales potential (On- and Offline). SAFe methodology has been implemented in June 2019. Development is based on Program Increment / Features. Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining automated test scripts for web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript with frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium. Designing and executing API tests for microservices architectures to ensure seamless service communication. Integrating automated test suites into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous quality gates. Collaborating with developers during daily Agile/Scrum standups to understand new features and map out automation strategies before coding begins. Analyzing test execution results and debugging flaky tests or failures by inspecting application logs, network traffic, and database states. Reporting and tracking defects in Jira, providing developers with detailed reproduction steps, logs, and video recordings of failures. Performing non-functional testing such as contract testing for microservices and basic performance checks to maintain system reliability. Requirements: Polish – C2, English C1 at least 5 years of proven experience in manual testing excellent attention to detail with a natural curiosity to question and validate functionality strong analytical and critical thinking skills ability to understand an application holistically and consider its interactions beyond obvious workflows good communication skills to document findings and discuss issues effectively What we offer: The opportunity to participate in a variety of projects.
