Jr/Mid Python Engineer 💰 Salary: ₱85,000 – ₱100,000/month 🏢 Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 days onsite (Monday, Friday + 1 flexible day) 🕒 Schedule: Mid-Shift 🚀 Hiring Priority: Urgent / Immediate Opening About the Role We are looking for a highly driven and technically skilled Junior to Mid-Level Solutions Engineer (Python) to design, develop, and maintain production-grade software, APIs, automated testing frameworks, and cloud-native solutions. This is an individual contributor role ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on development, solving complex technical challenges, and working closely with business and technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, deploy, and maintain production-grade software applications, APIs, and data solutions. Build scalable, modular, secure, and maintainable systems using Python. Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and software engineering best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and support continuous improvement. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design. Qualifications 4–5 years of hands-on Python development experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or data engineering. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Proven experience developing and deploying production-grade applications in enterprise environments. Strong understanding of APIs, modular application development, automated testing, and CI/CD. Familiarity with cloud-native architecture, software deployment, and production support. Snowflake experience is a strong advantage , particularly in data modeling, SQL optimization, data pipelines, and platform integration. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills. Outgoing, proactive, analytical, and comfortable collaborating with different stakeholders.
