Purification Support Associate

Job Description Job Responsibilities Support the purification process development group in the development and scale up for biological therapeutic treatments Perform set up, maintenance, cleaning, and use of bench scale Bioreactor equipment including fermentation bioreactors and AKTA chromatography systems Prepare buffers and solutions, maintain laboratory space and equipment, and support routine lab operations as required. Collect and manage samples and coordinate storage, analysis, and documentation Design, execute, and optimize purification processes for antibodies and bioconjugates using a variety of chromatographic and filtration techniques Support the execution, and optimization of purification processes using a variety of chromatographic and filtration techniques Maintain written records (electronic lab notebooks and databases) of all experimental work in accordance with Good Documentation Practices Analyze, summarize, and present experimental data and maintain accurate records in electronic lab notebooks (ELNs). Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional partners, proactively communicating issue, discussing prioritization, and seeking guidance when needed. Stay flexible and open to learning new techniques and technologies as project needs evolve.
