Project Manager - IT/Infrastructure

Job Description Essential Duties Include: Coordinate project team and extended internal resources Navigate across departments, interfacing with sales, account management, procurement, first-, second-, and third-level support Represent technical project team to client Coordinate vendors and telecommunications careers and ISPs Create and maintain scope documentation, work break down structures, and schedules Perform risk management Assist with customer onboarding and service definition Qualifications and Experience High-level understanding of IT infrastructure; ie, Client Server and web-based communications and operations, virtualizations, SANs, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, VPN, etc. Intermediate to advanced skill with Microsoft Project Project management in a technical environment; PMP certification preferred Server and network administration and engineering experience (preferred) Understanding of ITIL and service management (preferred) Experience in a consulting, outsourcing and/or managed service environment Company Description SCT resources have a broad range of skills in different technologies.
