Project Manager (Corporate Banking)

Must have 10+ years of overall experience with hands on experience in leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives across payments, web, mobile, and API platforms in Corporate Banking space. Should have proven track record in strategic product development, enterprise program management, and delivering complex, multi-country transformation programs across the APAC region. Experienced in hybrid, Agile, and Waterfall delivery methodologies, with a strong focus on aligning technology initiatives with business strategy and organizational objectives. Exceptional leadership, presentation skills, stakeholder engagement, and communication, with the ability to unify cross-functional teams to deliver strategic business outcomes. Organize global and regional project portfolio governance meetings/forums to share the project delivery progress, milestones achieved, monitoring and control cost, minimizing the project risk and adopting mitigation steps if required. Experience in leading cross-functional teams from ideation through execution, driving collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of business objectives.
