Project Manager

Common BSS functions include: CRM (Customer Relationship Management) – customer profiles, accounts, interactions Billing & Charging – generating bills and calculating service charges Product Catalog – managing mobile, broadband, enterprise, and other products Order Management – processing customer orders and service requests Customer Management – account management, complaints, support Payment Management – payments, collections, refunds Revenue Management – tracking and managing telecom revenue Common OSS functions include: Network Management – monitoring network equipment and performance Service Provisioning – activating/deactivating telecom services Network Inventory – tracking network equipment, connections, ports, circuits, etc. Fault Management – detecting and resolving network problems Performance Management – monitoring network performance Configuration Management – configuring network devices and services Service Assurance – ensuring services are operating as expected Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. At least 8 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably within enterprise software, telecommunications, technology services, or digital transformations ( NON NEGO) Proven experience managing projects involving enterprise applications, software solutions, system implementation, or digital transformation initiatives. (NON NEGO) Experience working with telecommunications companies, telecom platforms, OSS/BSS, network-related solutions, or other telco technology projects (NON NEGO) Strong understanding of the software development/project lifecycle (SDLC). (NON NEGO) Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies. Strong understanding of project planning, risk management, issue resolution, change management, and stakeholder management. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
