Project Overview: Vantage Compute Manufacturing and Technology (M&T) is an exciting and growing business that serves the increasing demand of EPC services for customers in the semiconductor (manufacturing facilities and supply chain); data center, electric vehicle (batteries, charging infrastructure, and production); and life sciences markets. Job Summary: In this role, you will lead estimate development for Manufacturing & Technology projects with low to moderate financial and reputational risk. You are responsible for developing estimate plans, coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and supporting delivery of complete and accurate estimates. You will collaborate across engineering, procurement, construction, project controls, and client organizations to support estimate development, reviews, and presentations while operating within established processes and procedures. #LI-SM2 Major Responsibilities: Leads estimate development for projects at a low to moderate financial and reputational risk level. Develops, presents, and maintains Project Estimate Plans and estimate schedules. Coordinates estimating resources with functional leadership to support estimate execution. Monitors estimate progress and ensures alignment with scope, schedule, and procedures. Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders including engineering, procurement, construction, and clients. Prepares estimate basis documentation and supports estimate review packages. Performs cost and price analysis using supplier data, historical benchmarks, and internal metrics. Prepares cost studies using historical data, statistical analysis, and cost comparisons. Supports Project Controls in converting estimates into project budgets. Supports estimate presentations and management reviews. Maintains stakeholder alignment to support estimate acceptance. Reviews estimate basis and assumptions for completeness and reasonableness. Provides input to proposals, client presentations, and contract strategy. Education and Experience Requirements: Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience Required Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of estimating processes and procedures. Experience supporting and leading project estimate development. Knowledge of EPC estimating practices and cost analysis techniques. Ability to coordinate across project functions and stakeholders. Experience with cost studies, benchmarking, and data analysis. Understanding of construction methods, procurement, and execution practices. Knowledge of cost trends, escalation, and estimating tools. Strong communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating/scheduling software.
