Our client is looking for a capable and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a significant multi-year transformation programme. You will provide essential coordination and operational support, helping to ensure information flows smoothly, deadlines are met, budgets are tracked, and stakeholders are well supported. We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator, with a track record in: Project coordination and project administration Financial tracking, budget monitoring, and reporting Maintaining project documentation Coordinating meetings, actions, and programme activities Monitoring progress, risks, issues, and key milestones Supporting process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives Tracking progress and ensuring information flows effectively across team Confidence in engaging and supporting stakeholders In addition, we are looking for someone who displays the following attributes: A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Builds trust and confidence quickly Highly organised and detail focused Adapts easily in fast-paced and evolving environments Has a curious mind.
