Provide analytical solutions for investments and support asset modeling platforms on AWS.
📋 Description Member of Sector Analytics team providing analytical/quantitative solutions for investments. Build and support next-gen asset modeling/analytics platforms on AWS. Collaborate with senior team to address portfolio management requests. Provide cash flows and analytics for commercial assets (e.g., CMBS). Analyze asset performance data; identify key drivers; create BI reports. Develop/test new asset modeling/analytics platform and related apps. 🎯 Requirements Master’s in Finance/Financial Eng./Stats/CS +1 year in investment analytics. Bachelor’s in Finance/Eng./Stats/CS +3 years in investment analytics. 1 year experience with Python and data analysis packages (pandas, numpy, scipy). Experience with SQL queries on large data tables. Experience with Tableau. Beacon platform: building/integrating investment apps.
