Data Operations - Distribution Data Enablement Lead

📋 Description Serve as the primary analytics partner for Distribution performance, LP insights, and investor economics Lead evolution of the Performance Analytics function to cross-asset Distribution analytics Build analytical models, Python based data apps, automation, and self-service tools for scalable insights Deliver ad-hoc analysis, performance insights, scenarios, investor analytics, and senior reporting Build reusable models to test fund performance under scenarios Develop LP level analytics across asset classes including investor performance and economics 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in investment analytics and related fields Deep understanding of private markets metrics (IRR, MOIC, TVPI, DPI, PME) and LP reporting Cross-asset analytics across private equity, credit, real assets Experience with hypothetical and scenario analysis including deal inclusion/exclusion and co-investment impact Strong LP analytics knowledge incl investor exposure, capital activity, and economics Hands-on Python and SQL with scalable tooling; Snowflake/Databricks preferred 🎁 Benefits Equal opportunity employer Discretionary bonus eligibility Reasonable accommodations available during application and interview
