Product Solutions Engineer

Salary: $121000 - 149000 per year Requirements: Bachelors degree in engineering, ideally in Mechanical, Biomedical, Chemical, or Manufacturing fields. A minimum of 4 years of experience in an engineering role within a related field. Prior experience as a Process Engineer, Validation Engineer, Project Engineer, Product Solutions Engineer, or in a similar capacity within the pharmaceutical or biotech industries is a plus. Demonstrated experience collaborating with clients on technically challenging projects. Familiarity with Factory Acceptance Testing and Site Acceptance Testing processes. Competence in managing the full project lifecycle. Experience in contributing to proposal creation and feasibility evaluations. Responsibilities: Spearhead the creation of tailored, agile solutions by choosing and implementing the appropriate design strategies, including platform configurations and custom designs. Oversee supplier selection and collaboration for complex or bespoke technical solutions, ensuring alignment with performance and cost objectives. Facilitate the requirements gathering process for intricate projects, discerning critical constraints and converting client requirements into actionable criteria. Lead agile feasibility investigations for urgent solution requests, quickly identifying viable options or eliminating non-viable paths based on technical and timeline considerations. Design and implement efficient testing protocols and experiments to rapidly assess concepts. Supervise the cross-functional development of proposals and quotations for customized or intricate solutions, ensuring alignment of technical, operational, and commercial insights by collaborating with clients.
