As a Product Owner II Meridian Softworks's Enterprise Data Governance organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh-PA, Cleveland-OH, Dallas-TX or Birmingham-AL. Responsibilities include: • Own the vision, roadmap, and value delivery for Meridian Softworks's enterprise Data Quality products (e.g., Data Quality Dashboard, RulesBased DQ, and Data Quality Pattern Recognition/DQPR). • Serve as the voice of customers and stakeholders across Data, Risk, Technology, and Governance to ensure capabilities meet enterprise risk, governance, and business needs. • Manage and prioritize the product backlog; define clear outcomes, acceptance criteria, and success metrics. • Partner with Scrum teams and technical owners to ensure delivery aligns to intent, balancing risk, value, and delivery constraints. • Shift the organization from manual data checks toward sustained, scalable data quality capability management and continuous maturity improvements. Serves as the voice of the customer. Provides guidance to concentrate the Scrum Team(s) effort on correct priorities based on business value. Defines and conveys the vision to the team(s) in order to address client requirements to meet business objectives. Accountable for the creation of and the integrity of the product backlog. Prioritizes and leads grooming of the product backlog. Works in partnership with the Scrum Master(s) to ensure items are worked on in accordance with the product backlog. Serves as the primary point of contact for questions from the team(s). Accepts delivery of working product from the Scrum Teams(s). Reviews and validates Scrum Team(s) working product. Socializes the delivery of business value and outcomes of the iteration to various stakeholders. Education Bachelors Certifications No Required Certification(s) Licenses No Required License(s) Pay Transparency Base Salary: $55,000.00 - $134,550.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
