Product Owner

About the positionWe are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a strong cybersecurity background, who will drive product development in a highly technical environment. In this role, you will act as a bridge between Product Management, Security domain experts and Engineering teams, ensuring that cybersecurity requirements are translated into high-quality product features. This is not a pure delivery role – we are looking for someone who understands security concepts and can actively shape the product.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the product backlog (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria)Translate cybersecurity requirements into actionable development tasksPrioritize backlog based on business value, risk and security impactWork closely with: Engineering teams (backend, cloud, security), Product Management, (client side) Security experts / architectsParticipate in Agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, demo)Ensure alignment with product roadmap and security strategyDefine and track product KPIs (e.g. detection efficiency, automation rate)Identify risks and propose mitigation strategiesCollaborate with stakeholders in an international environmentMeeting with customers to present new functionalities, get feedback and understand customer's needsOwn and coordinate product release and patching processPrepare Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), functional specifications and other product documentationWork closely with engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirements definition to production releaseRequirementsEnglish at an advanced level - minimum C1Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager/Product or Solution Architect/Lead Engineer in the software industryHands-on experience in cybersecurity domain (min. 2 years)Hands-on experience working in a DevOps environment, with a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, software delivery processes and release managementAbility to effectively collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams, with a practical understanding of modern software development practicesInnovative by nature. Thinking out of the box. Proactive, highly motivated with a serious work ethicExcellent communication and presentation skillsProven technical skills and self-learning ability.
