Product Manager

Salary: $145,600 - 166,400 per year Requirements: We are looking for a bachelors degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience in place of the degree. We want a proven Product Manager with at least 3 years of experience in a retail organization. We need demonstrated success leading the full product lifecycle and delivering quality products on schedule. We value experience using data to guide decisions and analyzing product performance metrics. We prefer experience building or implementing a point of sale system. We prefer experience working with a third-party SaaS solution. We are seeking strong knowledge of product management methods, including agile development practices. We need solid written communication skills for creating product documentation. We look for excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities: We collaborate with stakeholders to build and prioritize the product roadmap. We communicate product plans, features, and timelines to cross-functional teams and executive leadership. We lead the product development process from concept through launch. We work closely with engineering, design, and other partners to turn requirements into actionable plans and deliver high-quality products on time. We apply agile methods to support efficient and effective product development. We facilitate cross-functional teamwork, provide clear product requirements and user stories, and remove roadblocks as they arise. We partner with store associates, area and regional leadership, and store operations to gather input and align priorities to the roadmap. We support successful product launch and adoption by working with Learning & Development on training. Technologies: Atlassian Confluence Support JIRA Product Manager More: We are hiring a Technology Product Manager for Stores Point of Sale, reporting to the Director of Product Management for Stores, Customer Care & Shared Services. In this role, we partner with corporate and store stakeholders to define requirements, plan and shape technical solutions with engineers, and work with agile teams in scrum ceremonies to deliver a modern point of sale for our company. This is a telecommute contract role with work hours of 9am to 5pm.
