Communicate updates clearly to customers and stakeholders. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in product management; 2+ years in consumer SaaS. Experience in cybersecurity product org (consumer & enterprise) focusing on identity, password storage, or anti-fraud. Technical: secure storage principles, encryption basics, browser extension ecosystems, and native credential APIs (iOS/Android). Data-driven: build business cases and lead cross-functional initiatives. Retention and engagement: hit goals with a customer-first mindset.
