Product Manager

Work Setup Hybrid: 1 day onsite & 4 days work from home Shift Schedule US Business Hours / Night Shift Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own product strategy, development, and performance for high-impact and complex products, including AI-enabled and AI-native solutions . This role will serve as the Voice of the Customer, translating market and customer needs into products that deliver measurable business value. Key Responsibilities Define and execute product vision, strategy, roadmap, and OKRs aligned with business and customer needs. Own product performance, including ROI, P&L, adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction . Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify opportunities, trends, and pain points. Lead product development and continuous improvement, including AI-powered features, automation, and data-driven solutions . Gather and translate customer feedback into product enhancements and new product opportunities. Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, Design, Data Science, AI, Marketing, Sales, Implementation, and Support teams. Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation and maintain a clear AI product roadmap. Support product launches, campaigns, presentations, and stakeholder communications. Monitor product performance and use data and insights to drive informed decisions. Build strong relationships with customers, partners, executives, and key stakeholders. Mentor and support junior members of the Product team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or a related field . 10+ years of total professional experience , preferably in consulting, outsourcing, insurance, or a related industry. 5+ years of Product Development experience with strong knowledge of Agile methodologies. 5+ years of insurance experience preferred . Strong understanding of Lean Product Development and MVP development . Experience with commercial models such as SaaS, transactional, or gain-share models . Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience translating AI capabilities into product features and business value. Experience building or managing AI-enhanced products , including LLM-powered features, intelligent automation, or predictive solutions. Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or similar . Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Strong project management, organization, prioritization, and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable collaborating with US-based teams across time zones . Willingness to travel approximately 20% . Preferred Certifications Certified Product Manager (CPM) preferred. Agile Product Development training required. AI Product Management certification or coursework preferred.
